We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window: Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of your item.

United States: Returns are Free.

Canada/International: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
- Exchanges: Because most items are one of a kind, exchanges are usually not possible. However, if we have more than one of a particular piece in stock, we are able to accommodate an exchange if your item is lost or damaged in transit.
Damages and Issues
If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at info@vintageloftus.com immediately. To help us process a carrier claim and issue a refund or replacement for you, please include:

Clear photos of the shipping box and packaging materials, with one photo clearly showing the shipping label.
Item Condition Note
Vintage items can naturally show signs of wear and age. To prevent surprises, we individually inspect every item and provide you with high-resolution, detailed photos from multiple angles and accurate, honest condition notes in every product description. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
